Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff via phone, email, chat, or in person.

2. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.

4. Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT policies.

5. Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and performance.

6. Assist with the setup and support of audio/visual equipment for meetings and events.

7. Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory.

8. Collaborate with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security initiatives.

9. Educate end-users on basic software and hardware usage.

10. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection regulations.

11. Any other ad hoc task assigned by Management

Qualifications

1. Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical engineering

2. Min 5 years of experience in an IT support or technician role.

3. Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems

4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
