Role Description

The IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Support role is a part-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing helpdesk requests, and maintaining system administration tasks. The role also entails ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, resolving incidents efficiently, and documenting resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and principles
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and System Administration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in a hybrid or remote working setup is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
