Your Role as an IT Support Engineer
As the frontline of our IT operations, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily functioning for our internal teams and customers. Your work helps power Asiacloud's mission to deliver top-tier service every day.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite or remotely.
- Manage IT support tickets and follow up promptly with users.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
- Support network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN, and shared resources.
- Perform imaging, installation, upgrades, and configuration of desktops/laptops.
- Set up and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms.
What We're Looking For
- NITEC/Diploma in IT or related fields (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are welcome 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, macOS, M365, and basic networking concepts.
- A strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Someone who values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
