  • Deploy and support systems, software applications, and IT peripherals.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide technical support to clients across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor and manage clients IT infrastructure, including networks and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management. .

Job Requirements

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT, Computer, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT support engineering.
  • This position is open to candidates who are willing to participate in the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCP).
  • Applicants under the MCP programme must be aged 40 years old and above.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and take on technical challenges.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical support and hands-on training will be provided.
