IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users with desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.
Important - Trainings would be provided by the client.
Responsibilities:
. Provide technical support to desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.
. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
. Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, and security issues.
. Respond to user requests and provide technical assistance and support.
. Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
. Install and configure new computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
. Work with other members of the IT team to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
. 1-2 years experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
. Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.(preferred)
. Experience with desktop and server hardware.
. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
