IT Support Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an IT Support Position. In this role, initial work will cover Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, have strong organizational and communication skills, and are eager to grow in the fields of IT and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

. Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

. Provide support to resolve IT-related issues onsite and remotely.

. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on various systems and equipment.

. Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements for IT projects.

. Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.

Job Requirements:

. Minimally a Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

. Basic knowledge of IT systems.

. Good written and verbal communication skills to report findings and collaborate internally.

. Basic knowledge of security, IT security and practices is an added advantage.

. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

. Fresh graduates/ Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
