Singapore IT Workplace Services Team

Be part of the Singapore IT Workplace Services team handling and managing service and support needs from business users, providing smart hands support for other IT teams and support implementation of local, regional and global project plus the support of 3D Pinting Operations in Singapore.

Job Description

• Provide IT support of operations, planning and execution of the IT strategies related to IT infrastructure within Singapore. The IT infrastructure comprises of laptop/desktop, networks, security, servers and telephony across all divisions at manufacturing, R&D and commercial sites.
• Support 3D Printing operations in Singapore.
• Support implementation of local, regional and global projects.
• Comply with the country regulations as well as global policies and standards pertaining to IT infrastructure.
• Adhere to and provide feedback/improvement on existing processes and job aids.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in IT preferred
• Team player
• Able to multi-task
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
• Bachelor Degree and graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from Universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
• Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
• Able to commit for 8 months and start work ASAP
• Mid-level professionals with relevant experience will be considered
