Key Information:
- Mon to Fro 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Property Management & storage industry
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security
- Maintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systems
- Maintain CCTV and WIFI system network
- Provide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issue
- Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time
Requirements:
- IT Diploma in Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems) with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience
- Maintain hardware and software of in-house systems
- Able to handle Windows/Server administration
- Well versed in MS Office
