Job Summary

You will lead system deployment, implementation, and optimization of software applications and IT infrastructure, driving operational excellence and innovation. Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and provide expert technical support to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, test, document, maintain, and optimize software applications to ensure reliable system performance
• Develop technical specifications, design, code, and integrate computer, server, and cloud computing solutions with comprehensive documentation and user guides
• Provide daily operational technical support and field assistance to maintain system stability and user productivity
• Conduct in-house proof of concept, research, and testing to validate new technologies and solutions
• Apply Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology to manage software development and deployment processes effectively
• Deliver support and engineering services to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer cybersecurity measures, system infrastructure, networking components, Windows servers, disk storage, and cloud management platforms
• Perform backup operations, disk space housekeeping, and manage user account creation and deletion to safeguard data integrity and system access
• Provide direct IT support to employees, resolving technical issues and enhancing user experience.
