IT Strategy & Transformation Manager (Regional)

A leading financial services company is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Regional IT Strategy & Transformation Manager. In this position, you will bridge the gap between corporate vision and technological execution, spearheading digital evolution, process excellence, and cross-border alignment to drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate regional IT roadmaps, manage investment budgets, and align strategy across regional entities and global headquarters.

• Lead full-scale process optimization initiatives, identifying structural gaps using data analytics and AI tools.

• Plan regional transformation workshops and standardize performance KPIs and methodologies.

• Guide regional core system directions, promoting automation, AI-enabled solutions, and low-code/no-code platforms.

• Act as a liaison between business and IT, preparing strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years in IT strategy, planning, transformation, or process optimization.

• Proven experience in regional, multi-stakeholder initiatives and applying data/AI-driven approaches.

• Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking, excellent executive communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
