IT Storage Lead

The Role: Expert Technical Leadership and Service Optimization

This role involves leading corporate-level technical service delivery and development projects within the IT domain, with a strong focus on storage infrastructure. The individual will act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert, drive efficiency and quality improvements, ensure technical excellence, and develop replicable success models across complex system integration, operations, and maintenance (O&M) scenarios

Responsibilities

• Act as the Technical Lead for complex, corporate-level service delivery and development projects, focusing on technical work for system integration, O&M, and service solution development
• Drive service objectives for baselines, efficiency, cost, and quality, while summarizing best practices and service requirements to mentor and develop junior technical staff
• Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for enterprise IT storage and related products, leading technical breakthroughs, innovation, and major issue resolution in the post-sales support phase
• Output replicable success experiences for local offices, channel partners, and key account customers through effective architecture and solution design
• Improve service efficiency and business quality within the professional domain to meet baseline and competitiveness requirements, ensuring the achievement of service operation targets
• Present technical solutions professionally and conduct technical training for local channel partners and customers

Requirement

• Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree or above) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8 years of experience in IT production design, delivery, and maintenance
• Strong expertise in x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization (VMware), Windows Server, and Linux/Unix systems
• Deep technical knowledge in SAN/NAS storage architecture, data protection, data center disaster recovery, and data migration
• Prior experience in leading or managing a storage team is preferred
• Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., Red Hat RHCE, or equivalent high-level IT certifications)
• Prior post-sales experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or Government sectors is a plus
