Responsibilities
Work as a member of the corporate IT Department, providing IT support to employees (IT users) in the Marubeni ASEAN Office and affiliated companies located at the same premises.
Drive IT projects in areas such as hardware and system replacement, security, IT infrastructure, and operational efficiency improvement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, related departments, and external vendors to execute IT projects effectively.
Report issues and escalate problems to management as necessary.
After gaining several years of experience, there may be opportunities to engage in deploying new IT solutions planned and developed by Headquarters across the Asia and Oceania region (branches and subsidiaries), which may involve business travel when required
Requirements
Over 1-2 years of experience in a corporate IT Department, or a strong interest in the IT field.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and networks (advanced or specialized technical knowledge is not required).
Experience with the following IT services and products is advantageous (items underlined are our primary tools)
