Technical Support & Training

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Deliver timely troubleshooting and provide end-user training on new systems and applications.

IT Infrastructure, System & Network Management

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems (on-premise and/or cloud).
Manage and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure peak performance.
Execute regular system maintenance, including updates, security patches, and data backups to guarantee business continuity.
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
Ensure network security policies and compliance standards are upheld

Software & Cybersecurity Compliance Management

Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of software solutions.
Maintain strict adherence to software licensing agreements and internal security protocols.
Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and unauthorised access.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


Project Collaboration

Actively participate in IT migrations and system upgrades.
Liaise with various departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions while documenting project progress for management.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Automation, Programming & Process Optimisation

Analyse existing business and IT processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Create and maintain advanced Excel solutions, including macros (VBA), dashboards, and data processing tools to streamline reporting and workflows.
Develop scripts and tools using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate system administration and operational tasks.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to digitise manual processes and improve productivity.

Lifecycle Asset Management

Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and inventory tracking to the secure disposal of obsolete hardware.


Experience in ESG / sustainability management, monitoring & reporting would be an added advantage.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT support, infrastructure, or automation roles.
  • Comprehensive technical expertise across hardware, software, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and network administration/security.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA/macros, data modelling, and reporting automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP & Experience in ESG / sustainability management, monitoring & reporting would be an added advantage.
