We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage, secure, and optimize endpoint devices and applications. This role involves deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and automation while ensuring compliance with security standards and supporting end users.
Responsibilities
- Manage endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile, IoT) and applications (deployment, updates, patches, licenses).
- Implement and maintain endpoint and application security in line with policies and standards.
- Automate routine tasks (deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting) to improve efficiency.
- Provide L2/3 support, resolve endpoint and application issues, and document solutions.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and best practices on applications and endpoint usage.
- Manage vendors, software licenses, and IT asset inventory.
- Stay updated on new technologies, recommend improvements, and support IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years experience in endpoint & application management (preferably in managed services).
- Skilled in tools such as JumpCloud, Clonezilla, Google Workspace, O365, Active Directory, Atlassian, CrowdStrike, Zendesk, Slack, MFA tools.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Relevant certifications (Google Workspace Admin, MCSE, ITIL) preferred.
