Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications on Azure/AWS, leveraging modern tech stacks such as .NET, Node.js, Python, React/Angular, along with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect and integrate APIs across WMS, ERP (SAP), and other enterprise systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive IoT and warehouse automation initiatives by integrating technologies such as RFID, AGV/AMR, robotics, e-lockers, and vision AI into a unified ecosystem.
- Design end-to-end digital architecture across warehouse and logistics operations, including hybrid cloud environments and event-driven data pipelines, while ensuring strong IT/OT governance and cybersecurity standards.
- Develop data pipelines and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Azure Synapse to enable real-time operational insights and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead solution design and vendor engagements, and mentor teams to ensure best practices in architecture, integration, and deployment.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IT architecture or software engineering
- Proven experience in designing and building cloud-native solutions (Azure or AWS)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Containerisation & Microservices (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Backend / Full-stack development (.NET, Node.js, or Python + React/Angular)
- API integration (REST / GraphQL) across enterprise systems
- Experience integrating WMS / ERP (SAP) or similar enterprise platforms
- Ability to design end-to-end architecture from scratch (Solution Architect mindset)
(Advantage) - Exposure to warehouse / logistics / supply chain systems
- Experience working with IoT or automation technologies (e.g. RFID, AGV/AMR, robotics)
- Familiarity with industrial protocols / OT environments (PLC, WCS/WES, MQTT, OPC UA)
- Knowledge of data analytics / visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
