About the Role
We are seeking an experienced hands-on IT Solution Architect with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure applications, infrastructure, and security. You will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions that support the firm's digital transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive, handson Solution Architect who can translate business needs into practical cloud solutions aligned with IT strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement endtoend solutions architectures across applications, infrastructure, and security using Microsoft Azure services.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document and translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-ready and secure architectures.
- Lead technical evaluations, design workshops, and proofofconcepts to validate solution feasibility.
- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Provide deep technical leadership across project delivery, guiding developers, and operations teams on solution design and development, cloud services, DevOps, and integration approaches.
- Ensure all solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with Azure, AI, emerging cloud technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on architecture or cloudfocused technical roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services
- Strong understanding of security principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in designing hybrid cloud architecture integrating onpremise and Azure cloud services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator, CISSP, or CISM are an advantage.
