Join a global team as an IT Solutions Analyst on a 6-month contract starting 1 June 2026. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining business processes for six ASEAN countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Design & Automation: You will design, build, and support RPA, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, and data/analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Technical Execution: Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Power BI.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, process owners, and subject-matter experts to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and updates for automation workflows to ensure they consistently meet business needs.

Training & Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures while providing training to end-users.

Innovation: Stay current with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to existing organizational processes.

skills and experience required

Education: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field with practical programming knowledge.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related capacity.

Core Technical Skills: Proven experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Power BI.

Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically SQL, Python, and PowerShell.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Learning Agility: A strong willingness to learn low-code solutions (e.g., RPA UiPath, Winshuttle) and emerging technologies like machine learning.

Bonus Skills: Prior experience with other programming languages is considered a significant advantage.
