Key Responsibilities
UAT Testing
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track bugs or system defects
Work closely with business users to validate system functionality
Ensure delivered features meet business requirements
Prepare test reports and document test results
Level 1.5 Application Support
Provide intermediate support between helpdesk (L1) and technical teams (L2)
Investigate and troubleshoot application-related issues
Replicate user-reported issues and escalate when necessary
Monitor system performance and report anomalies
Support incident management and resolution tracking
Documentation & Coordination
Maintain test documentation and knowledge base
Coordinate with developers and business stakeholders
Assist in deployment validation and post-release checks
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of software testing concepts
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Understanding of web or application systems
Understanding on usage of AI tools (i.e. Claude AI)
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
