Job Responsibilities:
1. Business expansion and solution sales
2. Develop new customers: Proactively identify and explore potential companies that require IT manpower outsourcing, high-end headhunting, and business process outsourcing through telephone sales, unfamiliar visits, LinkedIn, and industry events.
3. Consulting sales: Deeply understand the customer's business pain points (such as the urgent need for technical experts for project launch, high labor costs for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance), and provide a talent as a service consulting solution.
4. Service promotion: Focus on promoting contract based services, including software development outsourcing, system operation and maintenance, Helpdesk support, and professional talent deployment for the financial/technology industry
Solution Design and Bidding
5. Cost and Quotation: Collaborate with solution architects to calculate service costs and create market competitive quotations and proposals (RFP/RFQ).
6. Pre sales support: Lead customer meetings, clarify requirements, coordinate internal technical experts to demonstrate delivery capabilities and SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments to customers.
7. Additional purchases and renewals: Explore new departmental needs among existing customers, increase customer lifecycle value, and ensure high renewal rates for service contracts.
Job requirements:
1. Industry background: At least 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, and must come from any of the following fields:
2. Human resources service industry (personnel outsourcing, BPO).
3. IT services/system integration industry (IT outsourcing, cloud services, on-site support)
4. Communication and negotiation: Excellent written and spoken English skills, able to confidently present proposals to the technical director or HR director.
5. Stress resistance and self drive: able to independently complete customer development from 0 to 1, adapting to fast-paced performance pressure
