Provide IT systems administration and technical support for engineering and R&D teams, including workstation setup, software deployment, system troubleshooting, and network access management.
Manage internal business and engineering software platforms, supporting configuration, user training, permission control, and process improvements.
Coordinate troubleshooting and support for system issues affecting design tools, computing infrastructure, or internal applications.
Monitor system performance and cybersecurity safeguards, implementing best practices, including endpoint protection and access controls.
Support cross-functional technology projects to enhance system stability, efficiency, and collaboration across engineering teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems engineering or technical support roles, preferably within semiconductor or advanced technology environments.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, user account management, and access control procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with engineers, project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
