We're seeking a technically conversant and proactive IT Service Delivery Analyst who will operate in our client's environment, speak the same language as their technical stakeholders and Alphline's delivery team, and drive projects, vendor relationships, and operational continuity from a coordination standpoint.

Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison - Act as Alphline's primary onsite point of contact for the client's IT stakeholders
- Technical Translation - Turn business/operational asks into clear technical requirements and vice versa
- Project Coordination - Track scope, schedule, cost, and resources manage risks and escalations
- Vendor Management - Liaise with IT vendors/contractors, track deliverables, ensure timely service
- Documentation - Own status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, project trackers
- Operational Continuity - Support daily IT operations from a coordination/escalation angle
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support coordination, project management, or vendor/service management
- Demonstrate project management track record across a full lifecycle (kickoff through go-live/close)
- Demonstrate vendor liaison/management experience
- Working IT literacy - comfortable with server/network/virtualization concepts at a conceptual level
- Comfortable being stationed full-time at a client site, representing Alphline independently
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients

- Experience in a regulated or enterprise client environment (e.g. pharma, MNC)
- ISO 27001
- Prior experience in an IT outsourcing/managed services/vendor environment
- Basic hands-on technical background (sysadmin/networking)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Professional certifications such as ITIL or equivalent service management certification
Working Hours & Location
- 5-day work week (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Location: Tuas (Company transport will be provided)
