IT Security & Systems Administrator (Group)

We are looking for motivated and proactive IT Security Administrators to oversee our client's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a specific focus on security posture and device management across the region.

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of our M365 tenant, from securing endpoints with Defender/Intune to managing identity with Entra ID and compliance with Purview along with other ad-hoc tasks.

Key tasks include monitoring security alerts daily, managing asset inventory, enforcing security baselines (AV, encryption), and ensuring smooth mail flow operations in Microsoft Exchange.

You will actively hunt for vulnerabilities, manage user identities, and maintain compliance standards to support the client organization's security framework.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience.

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration (specifically Intune, Defender, and Exchange).
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, incident response, and identity protection (MFA/Conditional Access).
• Ability to manage configurations for email security threat and alert policies (Anti-phishing, Anti-spam).
• Ability to adapt, learn and grow with the company and client's requirements.
