IT Security Specialist

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Data Security Specialist to manage and support endpoint and data security technologies. The role involves handling day-to-day security operations, incident response, change management, and continuous improvements for security tools and infrastructure. This position supports Asia and EMEA regions and requires working primarily in Paris time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and resolve escalated incidents and changes related to endpoint/data security.
• Manage tools such as antivirus, EDR, DLP, encryption, and phishing protection solutions.
• Drive root cause analysis, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support technical transitions, upgrades, audits, and DR exercises.
• Act as the final technical approver for changes and participate in global initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years in IT Security, with strong endpoint protection experience (e.g., Symantec, Defender, SentinelOne).
• Background in managing AV, EDR, DLP, and encryption tools in large-scale environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and incident management skills.
• Hands-on with scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL and operational best practices.
• CISSP and relevant vendor certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
