JOB TYPE:

Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Review Process :

Collect raw data from track leads.

Compile and filter data for password expiry, last login, and deleted/new accounts.

Track open items, request SR tickets, and notify leads of pending actions.

2. Role Matrix & Cover Page Review:

Gather approved Role Matrix and Cover Page documents from leads.

Collect evidence screenshots and relevant email approvals.

Compile and upload all documents to SharePoint for submission.

3. GITSIR Coordination :

Communicate flagged CVEs to respective teams.

Track mitigation progress and ensure closure before SLA breaches.

4. Vulnerability Management System (VMS) Reporting:

Generate scan data from Tenable, segregate Prod/QAT environments.

Assign vulnerabilities to appropriate teams.

Upload reports to SharePoint and coordinate remediation inputs.

Summarize findings for review and manage RA collection for unmitigated issues.

5. Log Review Support:

Support regular log review activities as per compliance and audit requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of IT security operations.

Experience in vulnerability management and audit processes.

Proficiency with Excel, Tenable, and SharePoint.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
