Key Roles & Responsibilities
IT Service Management
- Monitor and report SLA/KPI performance for in-scope systems to the client.
- Liaise directly with stakeholders, operations managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational support.
- Monitor operational and compliance concerns and propose effective resolutions.
- Provide monthly reports on system health, operational status, risks, change requests (CR/SR), and system issues.
- Review and validate IT asset inventory including hardware, software, network equipment, and endpoints.
- Ensure records maintained by the Asset Officer remain accurate and updated.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT Governance, IT Security Operations, or Cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security frameworks.
- Experience with security monitoring tools (Splunk, ArcSight, EDR) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with incident management, vulnerability management, and risk management processes.
