Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits.
- Manage incident response, investigation, and reporting of security events.
- Oversee access control, identity management, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to promote security awareness and best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability tools.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or GDPR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience; certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH are an advantage.
