We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Cyber Security Operations & IT Infrastructure Specialist. This dual-role position is responsible for safeguarding our digital assets from cyber threats while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Cyber Security Operations:
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats across systems and networks.
- Project Lead for security solutions implementation and operation (PAM, AV and etc)
- Experience with ISO27001:2022 (ISMS) and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage data protection and privacy obligations (PDPA)
- Investigate and document security breaches, and coordinate incident response efforts
- Administrator for Microsoft 365 and the security solutions within the organization
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain and optimize servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and system migrations.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection).
- Preferably with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
