Perform installation and maintenance of equipment.
Configure and upgrade hardware, firmware and software for the centre.
Prepare and set up the centre according to the testing requirements.
Provide operation and support for equipment. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and arrange for defective components to be replaced.
Coordinate and follow-up with vendors, system administrators and project teams to resolve issues in the environments.
Troubleshoot and manage end-to-end availability, capacity, change, configuration, incident and problem management of range system.
Perform documentation for system design and development implementation and support works performed.

Hands-on experience in the setup and well versed in SIEM correlation rules.
Knowledge in Checkpoint, Fortigate and F5 preferred.
