About our client: Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company.
About the role:
- Engage with business users to understand warehouse and supply chain processes and translate business needs into SAP EWM requirements.
- Support SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
- Develop and manage business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and requirement traceability documents.
- Support warehouse process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and integration design discussions.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors throughout project delivery.
- Lead and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation.
- Support activities related to master data migration, data governance, risk assessments, and project documentation.
About you:
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, SAP implementation, or ERP transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and/or SAP ECC environments.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies preferred.
