Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage key customer accounts and build relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
- Understand clients business needs and propose suitable IT solutions, cloud, and digital transformation services.
- Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
- Manage post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build relationships with vendors and technology partners.
- Monitor market and technology trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in IT Solutions / IT Services / Cloud / Digital Transformation sales.
- Strong B2B sales and account management experience.
- Good understanding of IT business solutions and cloud technologies.
