Job Description

  • Manage and develop the portfolio of existing customers
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process purchase orders, keep track of orders status, invoicing, scheduling and delivery.
  • Generate sales leads for targeted sales portfolio.
  • Execution of outbound sales calls campaigns and follow through on leads.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers and vendors.
  • Address customers queries, concern and escalations.
  • Ownership of team targets and KPIs contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction .
  • Responsible for sales administration, internal process control to ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Nitec in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business or related
  • Welcome entry level - Training Provided
  • 5 days work at Henderson road (Bukit Merah Central)
  • Salary up to $3500
  • Start work immediately or within short notice
