- Clarify job requirements
- Active sourcing / hunting of candidates on Linkedin, online and offline
- Monitor applicants and screen candidates
- Arrange and conduct qualification interviews for candidates
- Negotiate candidates salary and terms and conditions of employment
- Report on activity
Requirements
- ITE or diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- 1st experience in external recrutement
- Experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in business developemnt (360 or 180) is recommended
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Able to work under pressure and goal-driven
- Proficient with Office tools (Word/Excel/PPT)
