About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of IT PM within Information Technology Development under Systems Office for Asia. The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic team that is in-charge of the domestic payment systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage project and vendor delivery in terms of scope, schedule, resource, cost and quality.
- Develop and maintain high level project plan and detailed WBDS.
- Track and report project and vendor progress against WBDS, formulate and manage recovery plan for schedule and quality slippage.
- Track and manage project risks, issues and cross-team dependencies.
- Track and manage budget forecast and utilization.
- Adopt and conform to the Bank's project processes, including reporting and review by various governance functions (budget, architecture, cybersecurity, headquarters, etc).
- Manage change requests in terms of scope, schedule, resource and cost.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Manage the handover to production support team from application teams before changes are implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Around 10 years of IT project management experience.
- PMP or Project Management Certifications is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Worked substantially in Transaction Banking Cash/Payment domain.
- Possess sound technical and functional knowledge of bank payment systems for domestic clearing.
- Hands-on, detailed and result-oriented.
- Meticulous in planning and execution.
- Strong problem-solver and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator, verbal and written.
- Willing to share information and contribute knowledge and experience.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional teams (infrastructure, vendor, HO, branch, testing, business, operations, etc).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Pay range and compensation package
Contract Period: 1 year, renewable. Work Location: ONE@Changi City (OCC).
