Key Responsibilities:
DeliveryLeadership
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical delivery for ETL and data integration projects - from planning and design to execution, testing, deployment, and post production stabilization.
- Develop delivery roadmaps, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery related matters, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
TechnicalOversight
- Provide guidance on ETL architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices.
- Review and validate technical designs, mappings, data flows, and solution specifications.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder& Cross Team Collaboration
- Work closely with upstream source data systems, downstream systems, domain architects, and system analysts to translate requirements into technical execution plans.
- Coordinate with System Analysts, TCoE, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery alignment.
- Manage third party vendors or offshore teams as required.
Quality& Governance
- Ensure adherence to development standards, SDLC processes, and project governance.
- Oversee system testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and operational handovers.
- Establish and track metrics for delivery performance and solution quality.
Risk& Issue Management
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints drive mitigation plans.
- Resolve delivery blockers and escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions.
