• Acting as the strategic interface between commercial leaders and global IT teams to resolve incidents and optimize performance.

skills and experience required
Strong experience with Salesforce.com (SCA certification is a plus) and a deep understanding of how it powers Sales Operations.

You have a proven track record (typically 8+ years) of managing regional sales operations or transformation programs across the APAC region.
