Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Lead Product Managers, Solution Architect and Low Code Engineering teams to plan and deliver digital product end‑to‑end.

. Facilitate core agile ceremonies including weekly sprint planning, scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

. Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery, including providing timely updates.

. Oversee and support testing activities prior to release, working with the technical team to ensure readiness for deployment and coordinate release readiness, support for go‑live activities.

. Drive stakeholder communications and status reporting, on project health, release forecasts and roadmap progress.

. Run user training and education campaigns to support the Product Manager in driving product adoption.

. The artefacts to be delivered at the end of the project should include technical architecture (i.e. logical workflow and application design), code details, functional specifications, database schema and table details, training materials and guides, as well as any other relevant project documentation.

Experience and Skills Required

. Proven experience of at least 4+ years of experience managing delivery of digital products/projects.

. Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices, particularly Scrum. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner would be beneficial.

. Proven experience working with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or demonstrated ability to engage meaningfully with low-code engineering teams.

. Experience managing projects under a Time & Materials (T&M) framework, including tracking burn rates and ensuring budget adherence.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including providing proper documentation, reporting and stakeholder updates.

. Experience in managing ICT or digital projects for Singapore Government is beneficial.

. Familiarity with Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) governance, reporting, and approval processes is beneficial.

. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
