Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex ICT projects on time and within budget
Plan and manage end-to-end project execution, including system migrations, platform upgrades, and cloud initiatives
Define and track project KPIs (e.g., milestones, regression benchmarks, cost metrics) and report progress to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate delivery and technical risks (e.g., integration dependencies, version compatibility, cloud transitions)
Manage vendors across middleware, cloud, and external service providers
Evaluate and manage change requests for system enhancements
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to drive delivery
Engage business stakeholders to align IT solutions with needs
Facilitate training and system implementation activities
Requirements
Proven track record managing at least 2 full-cycle ICT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with at least one involving a major platform migration or system upgrade
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be a plus
Experience in Java (J2EE) application upgrades, including dependency management and regression testing
Familiarity with middleware systems, integration patterns, APIs, and service continuity
