We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / IT Manager to oversee the operational performance and strategic alignment of our technology landscape. This role is less about hands-on administration and more about orchestrating and coordinating across a mix of SaaS platforms and outsourced support teams. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure our systems meet current and future operational needs.

- Align IT systems strategy with broader business objectives through roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Evaluate existing solutions and recommend improvements or adoption of new SaaS platforms when needed.
- Monitor and manage the IT budget, with an emphasis on value and efficiency.
- Oversee the performance and delivery of core systems-most of which are SaaS-based or supported by managed service providers.
- Serve as the bridge between internal users and external service partners.
- Manage cross-functional IT initiatives and coordinate between vendors, and business users.
- Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet operational expectations.
- Track changes and maintain proper documentation for compliance and continuity.
- Own the relationship with technology partners, from negotiation through performance monitoring.
- Ensure service levels are met and any escalations are managed promptly.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and external providers to understand needs and resolve friction points.
- Oversee security posture and ensure vendors and systems adhere to internal and regulatory standards.
- Work with security/compliance teams (internal or external) to maintain audit readiness and manage data protection risks.
skills and experience required
Familiar with modern SaaS ecosystems, vendor management, and basic IT governance.
Capable of understanding business system workflows and translating them into actionable tech improvements. Strong coordination and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
