Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems including servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure infrastructure solutions align with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Mentor and lead technical teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management or technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), networking, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and storage.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budget management and risk assessment.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
