Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for government agencies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs, and define deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges.
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant government regulations and policies.
- Provide regular project status reports, updates, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing technology projects, preferably within public sector or government environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile).
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
