And we are on the lookout for an IT Project Manager to help us bring exciting ideas to life-driving projects, building partnerships, and making things happen.

Job Description

Our company provides award winning trading systems to majority of the financial brokerages in Singapore & Malaysia. Our clients also include major international banks in Asia.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to work closely with our dynamic software development team. You will be part of a dedicated team that oversees projects and partnerships, including negotiations, development, and execution of business agreements. The role will include developing business proposals from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring the competitive domain for strategic insights and opportunity development.

This position is based in our Singapore office, located at Capital Tower, Singapore.

Job Description

• Drive project management and ensure delivery on results and timeliness, coordinating between clients, internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage organization of key client projects
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a project plan to track progress
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure & test project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT and 1-2 years of project management (or Scrum Master) experience with a track record of successful software project delivery. Fresh grads are welcome too!
• You are into tech! Even if you are not a coder, you love understanding how web/mobile apps are built
• Obsessed with process, detail and timelines but flexible enough to roll with the punches
• A clear communicator who writes like a pro and builds strong relationships
• Experienced in SDLC (must), Agile (bonus!), and financial applications (double bonus!)
• Confident leading teams, juggling deadlines & cost, and inspiring people to get things done
