IT Project Manager (Digital / E-commerce & Systems / Technical)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an established industry player with a strong regional presence that is currently undergoing a significant digital transformation journey.

As part of their growth strategy, the company is investing in building a B2B e-commerce platform and enhancing internal systems. They are looking for a capable Digital Project Manager to take ownership of these initiatives and drive successful delivery.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, where you will lead digital projects end-to-end while working closely with both internal stakeholders and external development partners.

You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are not only delivered on time, but also aligned with business objectives and scalable for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for digital platforms, from requirements gathering through to implementation and post-launch improvements

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

• Act as the main liaison between business teams, internal developers, and external vendors

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution

• Evaluate proposed solutions and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders

• Ensure quality, usability, and performance standards are met

• Provide regular updates and insights to management on project progress

• Support future initiatives, including potential ERP system implementation or integration

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT / digital project management, product management, or similar roles

• Hands-on experience delivering digital platforms, e-commerce systems, or enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of system workflows, integrations, and overall software delivery lifecycle

• Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to B2B e-commerce or marketplace platforms

• Experience with ERP systems or digital transformation projects

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Experience working with regional or offshore teams
