Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity assessment projects, including penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, and bespoke engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, from planning through execution to closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee project logistics, including environment setup, tool readiness, and client coordination
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth project execution
- Plan, track, and manage project budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource utilisation
- Manage cybersecurity tools and platforms, including licensing, usage, and cost control
- Evaluate and recommend new tools or improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and overall delivery quality
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience managing complex projects in cybersecurity or IT consulting
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in budget planning, cost control, and resource optimisation
- Working understanding of cybersecurity domains such as penetration testing and red teaming
