IT Project Manager (AI)

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define and drive regional AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business and DX strategy

• Design scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure

• Assess current vs. target AI maturity and identify transformation opportunities

AI Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives across APAC (from design to rollout)

• Develop AI-driven solutions for:

  • Productivity AI: Workflow automation, RPA, dashboards

  • Communication AI: AI agents for internal/external engagement

  • Knowledge AI: Enterprise knowledge pipelines and insights generation

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources, APIs, and workflows

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage regional AI/DX projects across multiple countries and business units

• Collaborate with global HQ, regional stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment

• Drive adoption, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of AI solutions

AI Governance & Change Management

• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and ethical standards

• Establish data, model, and prompt governance frameworks

• Lead AI training, user adoption, and change management initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

• 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or enterprise AI deployment

• Proven experience in leading regional or multi-country AI projects

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform preferred)

• Ability to translate AI concepts into business solutions and engage stakeholders effectively

• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
