Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Project Management Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of telematics service development projects.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
- Oversee system integration, data flow validation, and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare launch readiness plans and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions post-launch.
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback to suggest service enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance reporting.
- Manage the project budgets effectively.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Information Technology.
- Proven working experience in Project Management or System Development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.
- Experience in after-sales, vehicle quality, or technical service operations would be of added advantage.
- Familiarity with telematics vehicle technologies, mobile apps, or cloud services would be of added advantage.
- Experience collaborating with international distributors or in regional operations would be of added advantage.
