It Project Lead/Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives within the Private Banking / Wealth Management domain, with a strong focus on Credit Products. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality within a structured governance framework.

Key Requirements

Experience & Delivery

• Minimum 15+ years of IT experience with strong Project Management background

• Proven track record delivering large-scale programs in Waterfall and Agile (SDLC) environments

• Demonstrated experience managing project financials (forecast vs. actuals), risks, scope, and governance

• Strong experience leading cross-functional and matrix teams

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

• Private Banking / Wealth Management experience

• Strong exposure to Credit Products, including:

  • Mortgage

  • Lombard Loans

  • Structured Finance

  • Guarantees

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery aligned to committed scope, budget, and timelines

• Lead Agile squads and manage SIT, UAT, and go-live activities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and governance reporting

• Engage and manage senior business and IT stakeholders

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, quality frameworks, and internal governance processes
