Overview
As a IT Project Management (PM) Executive at Zetta Solution, you will support the end-to-end execution of our propietary software and digital solution projects. You will work closely with developers, clients and other key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, smooth communication, and efficient coordination of tasks. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into full-fledged project managers while gaining hands-on experience in both technical and business aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, progress reports, and status updates.
- Support in coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.
Client Communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients to provide updates and gather requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings.
- Follow up on client feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to senior management.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate testing, UAT sessions, and ensure smooth handover of deliverables.
Process & Documentation
- Support workflow mapping of client's business processes to identify gaps, requirements, and areas for improvement.
- Help enforce project management processes, ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
- Assist in resource allocation tracking (time, manpower, tools).
Client Support
- Support the team in providing technical support for clients, including troubleshooting, issue logging, and follow-ups.
- Ensure technical issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Escalate issues to the support, development or even management team when necessary.
Team Support
- Support cross-functional collaboration between development, IT support, and business teams.
- Prepare progress summaries for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a project management career.
