Job Summary
Assist the IT Project Manager in driving core business projects to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve stakeholder objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive project deliverables by coordinating with internal and external business users and partners to meet business objectives
- Communicate project progress and provide timely updates to customers upon completion of key milestones and issue resolution
- Manage external vendors, control project risks, and handle change requests to ensure on-time project delivery
- Document all project activities including implementation plans, analysis, progress reports, and scope changes accurately
- Participate in requirement gathering, acceptance testing, training, and implementation to support project success
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for projects and incident management
- Identify potential project risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams across different time zones and cultures while maintaining composure under pressure
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support project and organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Proven experience in the information technology sector
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and SQL for project-related tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and passion for delivering quality outcomes
- Understanding of Government processes and Networking concepts is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of IT working experience preferred fresh graduates are welcome to apply
