IT Project Admin

• Work closely with the Project PMT and related teams to ensure timely delivery of contracted services.
• Assist in coordination and logistics management, including:
  Staff security clearance matters
  Client device delivery, staging, and image distribution
  Client device deployment and OS upgrade scheduling
  Client device acceptance
  Submission of declaration forms and billing (if applicable)
• Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks (e.g., purchases).
• Track and compile project reports on a regular basis.
• Update asset records for client devices handled by the project team.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client and staff records are accurate and up to date.
