Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement in-house systems to support operational needs while adhering to coding standards for efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new functionalities based on specifications and conduct unit testing prior to user acceptance testing. Assess project requirements for feasibility and provide accurate time estimates. Improve system performance and reliability through ongoing enhancements. Stay updated with the latest technological trends to refresh and innovate existing systems. Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating bug fixes with relevant teams. Maintain IT manifest repository and manage output check-ins with version control systems.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or higher Bachelor's Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 1 to 3 years in system design and development, with a focus on Manufacturing Information Systems being advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in RDBMS development (e.g., MSSQL, PL/SQL), familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET framework, and good C# coding abilities. Other programming languages are also welcomed. Certifications: MTA or MCSD and ITIL certification are a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
